These investments are open to UK and International Banks, large Corporate Investment Groups and overseas investors such as Sovereign Funds. The products at this level are typically major luxury developments in resort and leisure complexes in Europe, the USA and the Caribbean.
We also have a number of alternative investment options such as major Energy Funds. Fund sizes at this level are typically upwards of £50m, with no upper limit and a current average value of approximately £65m.
In addition to the stratification above, we also introduce funds and individuals to ‘one off’ opportunities through Davenport Property Club and Davenport Premier Property.
The former features carefully selected one off property opportunities in the UK and overseas that range from appartments through villas to luxury villas, and the latter is a private property club that introduces super high net worth individuals to ‘trophy’ properties that never appear in the public domain.
