I’m an investor with a diversified portfolio and with this in mind it would be fair to say that I was fairly sceptical about what I might be told at a recent Davenport Seminar.

Hi Alan,
I spoke to you about a friend of mine Chris Mansfield and promised to send an introduction.  Chris is a member of Hove Albion BNI and has been for over 8 years, he has a 20 year financial background including being an IFA. He now runs Davenport Wealth Management, which specialises in overseas property wealth investment.

Re: Wealth Seminar May 2011.
The presentations were superb. Clear and easy to understand, and presented in the context of providing a great opportunity to those attendees, delivered with well researched knowledge and enthusiasm.

If the logistics allowed, a separate presentation to those who may be able to act as agents might be worth considering for the future.

I will certainly look into how I could support this…….and earn some money of course !
